The goal of this course is to provide an in-depth understanding of Quality Management System requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standards. Internal audits are a very important part of the ISO 9001 quality management system and certification process.  ISO internal audits identify areas that are non-conforming.  Internal auditors need to be properly trained with appropriate tools to conduct the audits.  Successful internal audits are expected to be performed on regular and ongoing basis.
