ISO 9001 PLAN DO CHECK ACT

ISO Plan Do Check Act

ISO 9001 Certification has a process-oriented approach and uses the ISO 9001 Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) methodology.  It doesn’t tell you how to run your business or how your Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) should be, but verifies whether your business meets ISO 9001 standards. Plan-Do-Check-Act is a continuous cycle aimed to continually maintain and improve the many different processes occurring in your businesses’ day-to-day operations.
